Vodacom files suit against ICASA over MTR rates

Vodacom South Africa is taking legal action against the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) regarding the new mobile termination rates (MTRs), reported ITWeb. Vodacom filed the application with the South Gauteng High Court. Two weeks ago, after rival operator MTN filed a legal application with the same court, asking it to review ICASA's new MTRs and set aside those parts that it finds irregular.
