Vodacom in talks to offer Naspers VoD service

South African operator Vodacom is in talks with Naspers with a view to offering subscription video on demand (SVoD) services over its mobile network, Bloomberg reported, citing people familiar with the matter. The agreement would give Naspers more distribution channels for its Showmax fledgling VoD service, which is set to launch on 19 August.
