Vodacom Mozambique wins contract to run USF sites

Vodacom Mozambique is taking over 22 mobile telephony stations financed by the Universal Access Service Fund (FSAU), an entity managed by the Communications Regulatory Authority of Mozambique (ARECOM). Most of the sites are inoperative, after ARECOM terminated the contract with Tmcel, the operator that installed the stations.
