Vodafone and DT improve data coverage at Lanxess Arena

Vodafone and Deutsche Telekom have upgraded the hard- and software at the Lanxess Arena in Cologne to offer LTE broadband to the up to 20,000 visitors. The amount of antennas was increased from 26 to 126, and eight kilometres of coax cables and 1,800 metres of fibre cable were laid.
