Vodafone appeals Ofcom decision to relax BT wholesale fibre regulations

Vodafone confirmed to The Register that it has filed an appeal with the Competition Appeal Tribunal (CAT) over Ofcom's plans to relax regulation of BT wholesale fibre lease prices.
