Vodafone complaints accelerate in Q4 - Ofcom

The latest data from UK regulator Ofcom shows that Vodafone retained its number one spot as the most complained about mobile operator in the fourth quarter of 2016, drawing far more complaints than in the previous three months, when it already far outstripped its rivals. A total of 24 customers per 100,000 complained to Ofcom about Vodafone over the period, up from 18 in the previous quarter and compared to 8 for second-placed Talk Mobile and to the industry average of 7. This was the ninth quarter running that Vodafone had topped the number of complaints and these mainly related to issues
