Vodafone Czech Republic tests Tobi chat bot for customer service

Vodafone Czech Republic has started testing the operator's Tobi chat bot for customer service. Since the beginning of the pilot project in June, Tobi has participated in about 75,000 conversations and helped 15,000 customers reset their password.
