Vodafone expands 5G service to Palmerston North

Vodafone New Zealand has expanded its 5G service to Palmerston North, in the Aotearoa region. Data use increased 56 percent in 2020 on the Vodafone network, the company said. Locals and visitors to Palmerston North can now access 5G connectivity on their smartphones or via 5G Broadband for high-capacity internet, with 5G coverage coming to more parts of the Manawatū-Whanganui region soon.
