Vodafone Germany offers more benefits for parents

Monday 16 May 2016 | 16:49 CET | News
Vodafone Germany announced that employees can request to reduce their working hours by 25 percent for up to six months when they return from parental leave, without any change to their salary. This new offer is available to mothers who return to work six months after the birth of their child and who will be working at least 15 hours a week after the 25 percent reduction. Fathers will benefit if they take at least 14 weeks of parental leave during the first year of their child's life.
