Vodafone Germany opens 2015 innovation competition

The Vodafone Foundation for Research is inviting entries for its 2015 Innovation Prize, which has a EUR 25,000 award. There will also be EUR 5,000 sponsorship prizes for above-average entries in the category science and engineering, as well as the category marketing and customer services. Vodafone Germany CEO Jens Schulte-Bockum said telecommunications are the decisive raw material in the digital age, and it wishes to motivate researchers to innovate.
