Vodafone Germany to up data and speed on Red plans

Vodafone Germany announced it will increase the speed and data allowance on all current Red smartphone tariffs from 11 September. Subscribers to the Red 1.5 and 3 tariffs will have access to up to 225 Mbps. On the Red 1.5 tariff, the data allowance will go up to 2 GB, and the amount will increase to 4 GB on the Red 3 tariff, with prices unchanged. Vodafone is currently expanding its mobile network in Germany, and has already covered about 80 percent of the network with 4G.
