Vodafone Ghana starts awareness campaign for mobile money

Vodafone Ghana has embarked on a month-long campaign to raise awareness, reward and empower agents of its mobile money service platform, Vodafone Cash, which was launched in Ghana ten months ago. The operator, as part of the activities, held meetings with over 5,000 Vodafone cash agents in 40 different locations nationwide to reward top performing agents. Each agent received a counterfeit money detector to help secure their mobile money transactions against fraudulent activities.
