Vodafone Greece's Tobi digital assistant goes live

Vodafone Greece said its Tobi digital assistant became operational after a pilot held since mid-2019. Tobi learns from communicating with people and solves problems. Vodafone makes it easier for its subscribers to communicate with the company, as it replaces its customer support via email with Tobi, a digital, virtual "helper" of all its customers who uses AI and chats to solve common problems.
