Vodafone Group CEO Colao pays visit to Hungary's PM Viktor Orban

Prime Minister Viktor Orbon received the visit of Vodafone Group CEO Vittorio Colao on 23 July to discuss Hungary's digital development and the future plans of the service provider. Vodafone is one of the largest UK investors in the country. Since 1999, the company spent HUF 100 billion on the development of the domestic mobile service. Vodafone Group recently acquired Liberty Global's Hungarian, German, Czech and Romanian affiliates. In Hungary, it now as 1.8 million home-based cable and broadband customers through ISP UPC Hungary.
