Vodafone Hungary offers m-payment service for NFC phones

Vodafone Hungary launched Vodafone Wallet, a mobile payment service for NFC smartphones in cooperation with OTP Bank and MasterCard, according to Hungarian news agency MTI. The contactless payment service is available at approximately 45,000 points of sale throughout Hungary. The operator also plans to expand the service to customer loyalty programmes, coupons and tickets.
