Vodafone Idea re-launches 'Raksha Sutra' service

Indian mobile operator Vodafone Idea has re-launched its 'Raksha Sutra' service. Vodafone's Raksha Sutra project initially went live in 2018, to help missing children find their parents at Ambaji Mela.
