Vodafone Ireland fined EUR 10,000 for customer complaints handling failings

Irish telecoms regulator ComReg announced that Vodafone Ireland will pay EUR 10,000 in prosecution costs and donate EUR 10,000 to charity after pleading guilt  to seven charges for failing to deal with consumer complaints as required.
