Vodafone Ireland to refund customers EUR 417,000 over top-ups

Vodafone Ireland has agreed to refund customers nearly EUR 417,000 for unintentional top-ups. This follows a decision by ComReg that the operator needs to make it more clear to prepaid customers that they lose their remaining allowance if they top up again during an offer.
