Vodafone launches service for Chinese residents in New Zealand

Vodafone has launched its Red Connect service for Chinese customers living in New Zealand. The Red Connect offer combined dedicated Chinese-speaking contact centre staff, Chinese speakers in key Vodafone stores, and an official Vodafone WeChat account. 

A key part of Red Connect is an official Vodafone WeChat account. The app is used by more than 938 million active users, Vodafone said. Bespoke content created in Chinese for Vodafone’s We Chat account includes product information, a collection of how-to guides and Chinese-subtitled help videos aimed at enhancing the experience for Vodafone’s Chinese speaking customers and improving access to services.
