Vodafone NZ customers experience email problems

Some Vodafone New Zealand customers may be unable to send and receive email because of a fault, stuff.co.nz reports. The company said problems first surfaced on 14 October and came back on 15 October. Customers of Vodafone's Paradise and Clear email services were not affected. But the fault impacted other customers, including those who had email addresses that ended in vodafone.co.nz, vodafone.net.nz or ihug.co.nz, and customers who had websites hosted by the company. The fault affected both webmail and email clients such as Microsoft Outlook. Vodafone said in a notice to customers that
