Vodafone Portugal separates 3,400 antennas from company

Vodafone Portugal has transferred 3,400 antennas, among other assets, to Vodafone Towers Portugal, a new company that will be controlled by the parent company, reports Pplware. The operation guarantees the continuity of the network sharing partnership with operator Nos as Vodafone Group works on separating its tower assets in a new company.
