Vodafone Portugal supports remote monitoring for Covid-19 patients

Vodafone Portugal has developed a remote monitoring service for telemedicine projects, which is being used to help victims of the Covid-19 pandemic at the Garcia de Orta Hospital in Almada and the Centro Hospitalar Lisboa Norte, Santa Maria Hospital in Lisbon. The use of the IoT system allows the hospitals to speed up the return home of patients infected with the virus, by ensuring permanent remote medical monitoring and real-time monitoring of the evolution of the patients' health status.
