Vodafone Qatar retail staff get sign language training

Vodafone Qatar said that all its flagships stores are now staffed by people able to communicate by sign language. To mark International Day of Sign Languages on 23 September, the Qatar Society for Rehabilitation of Special Needs (QSRSN) trained Vodafone Qata employees over a ten-day period. They were taught the basic foundations of sign language in addition to customer service skills and telecom-related signs.
