Vodafone raises USD 2.25 bln in long-term debt for refinancing

Vodafone Group announced it has completed its offering of USD 2.25 billion in new long-term debt for refinancing. The USD 1.75 billion in 4.875 percent notes due 2049 and USD 500 million in 5.125 percent notes due 2059 will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
