Vodafone Romania Foundation supports AR, VR project for ill children

A Vodafone Romania Foundation-financed AR and VR project named 'Tech Room' was implemented in two 'Hospice Casa Sperantei' hospitals in Bucharest and Brasov that care for kids with incurable diseases. The project's aim is to entertain these children through the use of AR and VR technology. The technology reached 60 children so far and will become accessible to 40 more kids by the end of 2018. The Foundation contributed with RON 590,000 for this project whose total cost is RON 760,000. The project began in November 2017.
