Vodafone Romania introduces 16-week parental leave

Vodafone Romania said it has introduced 16-weeks, fully paid parental leave for its employees. The new policy is available since 1 April and addresses all employees who are becoming biological fathers, as well as all employees becoming adoptive parents, regardless of the number of children they may have. The parental leave is fully paid by the company and can be followed by a phased return to work, to ensure that the new parents can spend more time with their families.
