Vodafone Romania to complete 4G coverage of Bucharest metro

Vodafone Romania will start providing 4G speeds in all Bucharest metro stations by the end of this year, technology director Giovanni Chiarelli told Business Review. The LTE service is already available in 53 of the 56 stations in the M1, M2, M3 and M4 tunnels. By the end of the year, the 4G coverage will reach all the underground stations and tunnels. Expanding 4G coverage is one of the operator's priorities for 2015. It currently covers 45 percent of the population, including 4G+ speeds in six major cities.
