Vodafone tables offer for Kabel Deutschland outstanding shares

Tuesday 22 December 2020 | 11:32 CET | News
Vodafone has announced an offer for the outstanding shares in Kabel Deutschland (KDG). Vodafone Vodafone acquired 76.8 percent of the shares in Kabel Deutschland in 2014. At the time, a number of shareholders decided not to sell their shares, and instead received annual compensation of EUR 3.17 per share as a replacement for the dividend. Vodafone also agreed, upon demand, to purchase the KDG shares from minority shareholders for EUR 84.53 cash through a put option.
