Vodafone to increase IoT network footprint to 60% of New Zealand territory in 3 years

Vodafone New Zealand has announced plans to expand its IoT coverage footprint to 60 percent geographic coverage in the next three years. Vodafone reports it already provides IoT coverage on both NB-IoT and LTE-M, and expects to reach greater than 60 percent geographic land coverage on NB-IoT over the next few years, as its regional investment program continues and Rural Broadband Initiative 2 (RBI2) reaches completion.
