Vodafone Turkey frees up employees with Robotic Process Automation

Vodafone Turkey said it moved to Robotic Process Automation to make life easier for its employees. Working with more than 20 software bots under the umbrella of the Octo digital assistant implemented within the company, Vodafone said it saved its employees more than 4,000 hours with the processes transferred to Octo. Vodafone aims to increase the number of robots to over 50 and encourages its employees to use the freed hours to create more added value.
