Vodafone UK under fire for poor customer service

Vodafone UK's customer service division is struggling to deal with many customers affected by billing errors, reports This is Money. The financial website has received many complaints from Vodafone customers. The problems date back to a computer systems upgrade in 2012, but the company has a massive backlog of complaints, with customers complaining that they cannot get the most basic problems resolved.
