Vodafone, UNHCR expand school internet programme to refugees in Mozambique

The Vodafone Foundation and UNHCR, the UN refugee agency, have expanded their Instant Network Schools (INS) programme into Mozambique ahead of World Refugee Day on 20 June. Two new INS, in the Maratane Refugee Settlement and the city of Nampula, will benefit nearly 9,000 students in the 7th-12th grades, 25,000 family members and over 200 teachers.
