Vonage launches contact centre system for Service Cloud Voice

Vonage has launched a Vonage Contact Centre (VCC) for Service Cloud Voice. The intelligent, omnichannel Service Cloud Voice system for agent and customer experience comes with global calling capabilities, all powered by Vonage. The system is available on the Salesforce AppExchange integrated directly with Salesforce Service Cloud.
