Vox Telecom investors to buy out Investec's stake in ZAR 2 bln recapitalisation

Vox Telecom shareholders including FirstRand's RMB have agreed to buy out fellow investor Investec as part of a ZAR 2 billion recapitalisation of Vox, Bloomberg reported. Metier Private Equity and the Vox management are also part of the transaction, Vox CEO Jacques du Toit said.
