Friday 13 September 2019 | 10:12 CET | News
South African company Vox Telecom has introduced the IT Assessment Programme, aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). It looks at four areas, namely infrastructure (wired and wireless connectivity, servers, workstations, business continuity, disaster recovery and email exchanges), security (firewalls, antivirus, anti-spam and other protection measures), support services (the level of IT support available, management of software licences) and telecommunications (voice quality and continuity, call rates).
