Vox Telecom partners with Grandstream to cut PBX costs

Thursday 26 March 2015 | 09:23 CET | News
South African ISP Vox Telecom has teamed up with Grandstream Networks to provide enterprise PBX services to small businesses at low cost. Vox Telecom is offering rental options for small businesses that do not have the capital to purchase the equipment outright. Vox Telecom's Craig Freer said the advantages are avoiding reliability concerns with last-mile hosted systems and cost, as customers demand better connectivity and uptime. Because Grandstream's PBXs run on an open licensed system, there are no user fees, feature fees or upgrade fees.
