WANdisco raises USD 42.5 mln in share sale

WANdisco announced it has raised USD 42.5 million in a placement of new shares. The investors Global Frontier Technology Opportunity Fund and Global Frontier Partners agreed to buy 4.86 million new shares for GBP 4.46 each, a 0.4 percent discount to the company's share price on 09 March. The company also sold just over 2 million shares in a subscription placing at the same price.
