Waoo! Fibernet to offer Viasat channels to broadband subs

Danish energy and broadband company EnergiMidt's Waoo! Fibernet arm and Viasat have signed an agreement whereby all Waoo! customers who have access to the internet at transfer speeds of up to 30/30 Mbps are offered channels from Viasat. The agreement will enter into force in May. With TV from Viasat, customers gain access to channels such as DR1, DR2, TV2, TV3, TV3+, TV3 Puls, TV2 Zulu and TV2 News as well as to MTV and Disney Channel. Viasat also allows customers to view major sporting events such as the Premier League, UEFA Champions League, Formula 1 and much more.
