Warid, Telenor should get answer to licensing impasse by 15 July

Pakistan mobile operator Warid, controlled by Veon subsidiary Jazz, faces licensing problems, reports Cnews.ru. State institutions have refused to extend Warid's licence and an investigation into the activity of the state licensing officials has begun, it said. The Supreme Court has obliged the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) to reach a decision on extending the licence by 15 July.
