Watchdog sues Red Telecom for failure to comply with TIO decisions

Australia's Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman (TIO) has announced that the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) has started Federal Court proceedings against Red Telecom and its sole director Nicholas Kontaxis for alleged failure to comply with Ombudsman decisions.
