Watchever appoints new CEO

Vivendi subsidiary and German SVOD service Watchever said that it has appointed Karim Ayari as its new CEO. Ayari comes from parent company Vivendi, where he has worked since 2009. Current CEO and founders Stefan Schulz and Sabine Anger will leave the company at the end of September.
