Wearables market to grow to USD 81.5 billion this year - Gartner

Global spending on wearables is expected to reach USD 81.5 billion this year and USD 93.8 billion in 2022, driven by the rise in remote working and people getting more interested in monitoring their health, the latest report from Gartner revealed. Ear-worn devices and smartwatches are in particular seeing robust growth, with people relying on these for remote work, fitness activities and health tracking, among other functions.
