WhatsApp gets German rival 'Shouts' with proximity factor

WhatsApp and similar messaging services face a German rival called Shouts, according to a report from Saal Zwei reproduced on the manager-magazin website. Its creator is Jan Beuck from Hamburg, who hopes to achieve 1 million users by the end of 2016. Its unique feature is its ability to reach 100 strangers in physical proximity.
