Which? says broadband users not getting expected speeds

UK broadband customers are not getting the speeds they expect to, according to the latest analysis from consumer group Which? as part of its 'Fix Bad Broadband' campaign. The analysis shows the speeds recorded in broadband speed tests were only 58 percent of the speed expected by users.
