WiLAN enters licence agreement with Hisense

Open Network Solutions, a wholly-owned subsidiary of WiLAN, granted Hisense, a licence to patented technologies that relate to networking capabilities. The licensed technologies enable devices, including point of sale terminals, printers and smart TVs, to communicate on a network. The consideration to be paid by Hisense to WiLAN and all other terms of the licence agreement are confidential.
