Wind Hellas started its 'Kids@safety' CSR campaign on Safer Internet Day which this year took place on 6 February. As part of this year's safe-use actions, the campaign supports the Cyber Security International Institute (CSI), an online parenting training project. The company said it's organising the 'Digital academy of parents (Psiphiakí akadimía gonéon)', which is a free 8-hour interactive training programme during which police officer and CSI president, Manolis Sfakianakis, together with a qualified team informed parents about internet security issues.

The lessons take place 4 times a month online through the Blackboard learning platform. The 'Digital academy of parents' is starting a pilot phase in February with the training of parents from selected schools. It will soon be expanded to schools across the country in consultation with the 'Parents and guardians associations (Sillógous gonéon kai kidemónon)' to inform more than 2,000 people each month.
