Wind River teams up with NFV software partners

Wind River introduced a reference design for a virtual business customer premises equipment (vBCPE), following extensive collaboration with four Network Functions Virtualization (NFV) software partners. Partnering with Brocade, Check Point, InfoVista and Riverbed, Wind River demonstrated a complete, multifunction vBCPE running on the Wind River Titanium Server NFV infrastructure (NFVI) platform.  The vBCPE reference design introduced by Wind River includes virtual network functions (VNFs) from Brocade, Check Point, InfoVista, and Riverbed. All these VNFs have been on-boarded to run on
