Windstream sells fibre assets in Minnesota, Nebraska to Arvig for USD 60.5 million

Windstream sold certain fibre assets in Minnesota and Nebraska to Arvig Enterprises, a Minnesota-based provider of telecommunications and broadband services. Windstream will continue to use the assets to continue in the two states to sell its products and services in Minnesota and Nebraska.
