Wireless Logic to acquire German IoT service provider Mdex

Wireless Logic, the UK-based Internet of Things (IoT) connectivity platform provider, announced that it has acquired Germany's Mdex, an M2M and IoT service provider for encrypted data communications, for an undisclosed sum. Wireless Logic CEO Oliver Tucker said the acquisition of Mdex will help the company strengthen its product and service offerings across Europe and complement its existing operation in Munich to cement Wireless Logic's role as a leading IoT connectivity platform provider in Europe.
