Thursday 26 May 2016 | 10:02 CET | News
Spain's professional football league (LFP) has announced that the women's league match between Atletico Madrid and Athletic Club on 28 May will be the first competitive football match to be streamed live over Facebook. The league said it has teamed up with beIN Sports, the competition's official broadcaster in Spain, to offer the match live in every country in the world without any geoblocking on the La Liga Facebook page. The LFP previously allowed Copa del Rey and LaLiga World fixtures to be streamed live on YouTube.
